Central Oregon Photo (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides photography services, online galleries, and print ordering through CentralOregonPhoto.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Central Oregon Photo does not store credit card numbers. Payments are securely processed by:

  • Stripe (WooCommerce Stripe Gateway)

Stripe may collect device, browser, and fraud-prevention data. Their privacy policy applies.

c. Client Photos & Galleries

When we photograph you or your property, we store:

  • Images and edited files
  • Metadata related to the shoot (location, date, technical info)
  • Optional notes you share about the session

We host client galleries through:

  • SmugMug (password-protected)
  • WordPress galleries (password-protected)

d. Newsletter Subscriptions

If you subscribe to updates, we collect your email address through Mailchimp.

e. Automatically Collected Data

Through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, we collect:

  • IP address (anonymized where possible)
  • Browser type, device, operating system
  • Pages visited
  • Time on site
  • Approximate location (city/region)
  • Cookies for analytics performance

We do not use Facebook Pixel, Hotjar, or heat mapping tools.
